Joining Saliah is Producer, beatmaker, composer, DJ, and co-founder of the collectives Ozadya and Nufrika, Pekodjinn stands out as a distinguished artist. Navigating through the exploration of North African sounds, Afro-house percussion, and synthesizers—both analog and digital— this Geneva native is sculpting a unique style, rich in diversity.
His recent appearance on Boiler Room, performing his original compositions and remixes, has established Pekodjinn as a must-watch artist in the European and North African scenes. His musical quest is an explosive mix, drawing influences from the Tunisian Revolution and crafting anticipatory visions of a Maghreb-cyberpunk universe, integrating African percussion layered over a nuanced backdrop of noises and electric textures.
His album «Dharba,» released in April 2023, perfectly illustrates his eclectic style. It’s an ode to the Tunisian youth, full of disillusionments, but also an attempt to imagine a future Maghrebin sound: electronic, radical, and provocative, poised to integrate seamlessly into the club scene. This eleven-track project, imbued with a rebellious and innovative spirit, merges traditional and avant- garde elements to create a transcendental auditory experience.
Whether in live performances or DJ sets, expect festive music, abrasive and dry, comparable to the sound of a laser, oscillating between rhythmic contractions and approving head nods. Pekodjinn continues to push the boundaries of electronic music, merging tradition and innovation, to deliver a sound that is both a homage and a reinvention of North African musical traditions.

LIONESSA
LIONESSA is one of the hottest DJs on the unceded Coast Salish territories (AKA Vancouver). She expresses her Egyptian Canadian identity through unlikely blends of North African percussion, Arabic scales, and vocals. Her selections are filled with hypnotic and sensual sounds of darbuka and global influences. LIONESSA has supported global SWANA artists like Saliah, PekoDjinn, and TootArd. In addition to playing sold-out crowds at iconic Vancouver clubs like the Fortune Sound Club and the Pearl, she's closed down the legendary Cairo Jazz Club and LA's Bar Franca.
